Five foundation papers: (80 Marks per paper)

Paper 1: Philosophical and Sociological Foundations of Education.
Paper 2: Psychological Foundations of Education.
Paper 3: Methodology of Educational Research.
Paper 4: Teacher Education.
Paper 5: Information Technology and Educational Technology.


Paper 6: One Optional Paper from Group A: 80 MARKS

1. Comparative Education.
2. Educational Measurement of Evaluation.
3. Population Education and Health Education.
4. Special Education.
5. Curriculum Development.


The Oral Examination ( 20 MARKS )

PRACTICALS:
1. Research Proposal presentation.
2. Guidance for planning the lesson with appropriate teaching aid, supervision lesson and providing feed back to B.Ed./D.Ed. trainees (one lesson).
3. School Visit.
4. 6 Tutorials (per paper one Tutorial)
5. Group A paper Practicals.

4. Lecture on D.Ed./ B.Ed. College.
5. One seminar (Paper presentation – Contemporary issue in Education.)
