A) Objective of Programme :
   
(1) To arrange the experience of in service teacher systematically to develop their professional abilities.
(2) To promote the professional development of in service teacher through self directed learning.
(3) To equip and up to date professionally the in service teacher for promotion.
(4) To develop the essential abilities based on educational principals for teaching learning and evaluation.
(5) To develop the ability of using ICT in teaching-learning.
(6) To develop the ability of arranging different co-curricular activities in educational institutions.
(7) To engrave the role of understanding and appreciation of teacher in social, cultural, political and especially in the view of     education system.
(8) To develop the understanding of growth & development, individual differences, similarities and also psychological principles of cognitive, affective and psychomotor learning.
